LTAP is an application that connects the fifty-one centers oftheLocal Technical Assistance Program across the United States.Thisapplication is meant to promote the National LTAP missionthatfosters a safe, efficient, and environmentally soundtransportationsystem by providing necessary skill improvement andknowledge atlocal Government centers through technical assistanceandtechnology transfer. This application targets the local publicworkagencies and employees, along with the consultants andcontractorsthat deal with the Government. The application providesaccess tothe newsletters, in-person and webinar training, video,andpublication resource library along with technical assistance.Theuser needs to sign up and subscribe by providing us allthenecessary details, thus he/she will be connected with thelocalagencies as per the location. The user can also partner withus andprovide us the necessary support.
